Pros
- fun activities every month and a lot of like minded peers - great working environment because of great peers - high pay and competitive - I personally have a great work life balance because I have a great reporting manager - depending on the department you work in
Cons
- change in management almost every quarter - wants to grow faster but no direction - high turnover because management gives lousy decision - all processes are extremely manual as though we live in 1995
