      -Fun and collaborative culture -Good managers -Very young and passionate -High pay

      Cons

      -Work can be process heavy with no automation, mostly manual -Too many trackers to fill -People can be unsupportive and wouldn't help you out -No WFH -Benefits are below the market standard -No flexibility, almost feel like you are in a school
