      1. Organisation is resourceful 2. Portfolio ownership 3. Great for commercial training (esp if you’re a fresh grad)

      1. Steep learning curve (for fresh grads. You need to understand what you are doing and why you are doing it 2.Daily tasks can be incredibly manual/monotonous (but for well needed reasons) 3.horizontal growth pathways can be improved 4. Work life balance - depends on how much you want to achieve here
