Hi current employee, thank you for leaving us a review. We are sad to hear that you are having a difficult time here but I believe there might be a misunderstanding. For the new hire performance you mentioned, it is actually an initiative to engage our new employees and to provide a platform for those who joined Shopee in the same month (from various departments) to know each other better by collaborating to create a performance. We believe it will be a precious memory to look back on with your batchmates. As for the Shopee Initiation Test, there are actually 3 tries (all 3 times before end of probation period) for the employee to answer questions which are related to Shopee and their day-to-day work. We do not promote threats and apologise if you felt that way. Lastly, we strongly encourage our employees to have enough rest and to eat regularly so that they are able to have a healthy lifestyle.
