Most of the management people here are not really qualify to be a people manager as they practice favouritism. As long as they like you (make sure you don't complain anything and be friends with them), and you will definitely climb up the ladder in a short period of time. But anyway, i bet you will be happy during the first year in the company and after that, you will regret for giving 4 or 5 stars rating here.
