      Work vehicle, discounted services, 401k and extremely expensive health insurance.blah blah blah blah blah blah.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what it's doing causing the front line employees suffer. When entire systems can't meet metric standards then the metrics are set too high. Flawed job inspection program, certain inspectors are incredibly biased in how they score jobs.
