Pros
Off most weekends I have free cable now so that's cool I am not in the worst department but some days it feels like it If you're lucky you won't get yelled at for being sick...is that a pro? Wow.
Cons
Where do I begin... Worked in retail for a long time but when spectrum took over it has really opened my eyes of just how bad management can be. Policies created to just suit them out of the blue, can't write up anyone in fear of legal action, terrible benefits and commissions are half of what they were a year ago. As a supervisor I get 0 real training and am constantly lied to. I have to be the glue holding a broken market together while upper management is focused on issues that realistically have nothing, absolutely nothing to do with the real business. It's almost as if they honestly don't know what we do every day which is quite scary. Also you are constantly fearing for your job and are responsible for anything and everything it's absolutely insane. And if I added the city I am in they would make it their business in upper management to find out who I am and fire me.
