      Starting pay was great and they offered several different benefit packages. The training was in depth and you learned a lot about the position.

      Cons

      The pick of shifts is very limited and they don't want to work around school or other activities outside of work.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
