Pros

Free cable, good benefits. I am supposed to write at least 5 words on this part and it is not easy.

But ... On direct sales, in less than a year they change the commission structure about 3 times always against our pocket. Micromanagement, hey just let your people sell. The Management lie constantly to their employees without reason , they establish unreachable goals so you get frustrated and leave. The turn over on Sales is very high and that is because it has been designed to be like that or the Director of Sales is an incompetent. They promote and they don't encourage you to have a balance between work and family. There is something ... let's say strange...there is a really small group that always do good and management are going to say " they are doing what they are supposed to" when the rest evaluate them even go with them to see what they are doing that is so different you learn that is exactly the same thing that you are doing that is what is ..."strange"
