Don't walk run from this company! - Human Resources Coordinator Spectrum Employee Review

Terrible management, all they do is micro manage. People wear slippers to work or club dresses, it's awful. Absolutely no employee engagement the company is to cheap to do things for their employees. Also, no innovation at all. Their way is the highway and within a dying industry you might want to take some feedback.
