Pros
Company benefits are good, I have worked for the company for over 6 years and have held several roles, in which I have learned quite a bit about the cable industry. Tuition reimbursement is something great to take advantage of.
Cons
Unfortunately, what was learned here maybe better utilized at another company there is no opportunity for growth within the organization. Hiring outside of the company seems to be a trend when job opportunities come available.
