      Pros

      Other than, incompetent management it would have been a great place to work.

      Cons

      management is not organised, today they say don't do this, tomorrow they enforce to do what must not be done yesterday, two days later disapproved the same thing they were ok with.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
