      Pros

      Good Health and Wellness benefits. That's it!

      Cons

      Fear based leadership management. Employees have no say in anything... It's a "do what I say and shut up" type of culture. Leadership is dysfunctional and make decisions based on emotions. Lacks flexibility and work life balance. Those who are there are all looking to leave. Stay away from this toxic environment.

      Pros

      This is the best sales job I have ever had. Spectrum does a great job with incentives. The leadership is awesome and is always helping me grew in this role. I highly recommend this job to all sales people.
