-Poor Communication(Ironic for a telecom company). Dissemination of information happens perhaps 10% of the time. Departmental management is not on the same page, and are prone to make changes to operating procedures w/out notifying adjacent, relevant departments.
-Employee appreciation does not feel genuine. Not a large concern for someone w/ their priorities looking to future progression; but for those looking to work a stagnant job, w/ no desire to promote or leave, you must either have extraordinary resilience or accept the misery.
-Very little consideration for personal safety; COVID policies were abysmal, you are expected to accomplish the job in a timely manner(regardless of environmental factors/hazards), you WILL drive on frozen/dangerous roads.
-Technicians are micro-managed to the "t", but middle and senior management tend to have "cliques", play favorites, have dirty/unauthorized office/vehicle conditions, and generally pick-and-choose w/e rules and regulations they are allowed to ignore for themselves.
