They don't promote based on skill, they promote based on friendship and if they like you. Many supervisors didn't have the skill set to supervise anyone or any thing. they need training on how they talk to the employees. They are very accusatory in almost everything. They do not give clear policy changes and blame employees that they didn't keep updated with the changes. this is by far one of the worse companies to apply for. they Overwork the technicians in the field, do not appreciate employees, and hire management that literally do not know what it is to manage and supervise. They bark orders and there is no reason. Also there is no real diversity in Management.
