Pros
Great benefits, good pay, location is easy to access with free parking. Wealth of tools available needed to research and implement media plans and great co-workers.
Cons
Too many chiefs with no enough accountability between each department and the internal structure is fragmented. The roll out of new products need tested before rolling out to clients.
