Management will tell you that you're doing a great job for weeks to just fire you all of a sudden. There is no employment equality since 90% of my class had a different system than me nd I was fired for not using the system correctly. Managers choose what rules you can follow and who to enforce them on. I challenged my separation but they did not take it back. How can I go from 6 months of coaching where I am told I am doing amazing, to being let go. I was doing so good they sent me to work from home and they fired me the next day of being sent to work from home. Almost every single call is a person that hates you and the company. So if you have issues with that, MOVE ON!!
