Great benefits for any position at Charter. BAE role is flexible and income potential is good. You are your own boss.Referral program allows for payment to those who refer business who move to charter business.
Cons
High pressure position. Getting a commission check is based soley on those closed accounts that have installed. Many different ways beyond your control, that an install can fail which could prevent you from getting a commission check and particularly your bonus.
