      Pros

      Benefits, variety of people you work with and for, always changing environment. Location is great as right off the highway

      Cons

      Always changing you have to be flexible you shift can change with only a 30 day notice. Once you are a Senior employee there is no movement within the company.

      Pros

      Company Provides Tools and Vehicle, they put your through the training you need. Lots of room to move up and improve.

      Cons

      Days can be long, You will sometimes be sent over an hour away for jobs. You are not paid for your drive time to your first job or home from your last. You will have to repeat other techs that do not install according to company standards
