Fast Paced , ever changing environment, very entrepreneurial, so you'll get involved in way more than you will with most other companies. There's an aggressive commitment to win and be the best. Great people and a diverse leadership team who have high expectations of delivery. The company is thriving at present so it's a good place to be.
Cons
The Pro's could be the con's to the wrong person If working hard, being pushed outside of your comfort zone and getting involved in projects and initiatives outside of your silo isn't for you, then perhaps Spin Master isn't for you. People who come from slow moving organisations where clocking in and out at 9-5 is the norm, then you'll probably struggle not only at Spin Master but anywhere outside a bank or insurance company. It's a crazy chaotic place, but that's part of the allure for the right person.
