Spin Master is a fast paced company. Hence, the learning opportunities are endless. Heavy emphasis on new technology. If you like the culture and are committed, opportunities are endless. You may get promoted multiple times within a short period if you're considered a committed employee.
Cons
Work life balance is below average. Certain senior managers don't respect low level employees. Work is quite adhoc, without proper planning. Most of the technology rollouts are done without proper impact assessment.
