-Significant churn on some teams Some teams like supply planning have significant churn, which may be due to workload or fixing issues (there were severe supply chain issues that blew up in 2019 and that they are still fixing today) -Significant churn in terms of workload due to the nature of the industry Since the active catalogue refreshes 2x a year, that means there is a significant amount of work that goes into the product life cycle compared to traditional CPG's that have stable, evergreen products. This means you have to do more work and you have to do everything again 2x a year on some teams.
