Pros
People and culture, we banded together and formed strong relationships due to the long hours and fast paced nature of the business. Benefits were good.
Cons
Not a structured work environment, systems and process were lacking and overall leadership was male centric where those who moved in position were less qualified but were friends in high places. No career pathing and hard work was not rewarded or acknowledged. The extra hours of the "Whatever It Takes" attitude became part of your regular hours and this were just expected as part of your job and not compensated and this became tired quickly. Comunication was lacking from Senior Management and HR turned over way too many times to count. Too many times they re-structured out the talented people. Too much gossip as part of culture.
