Pros
They care about the well-being of their staff. There are many perks provided to us such as toys, services, and resources that support our physical and mental health.
Cons
I don't feel that people in positions under the executive level are paid well enough. In general, there isn't a great work/life balance and the pandemic has intensified that imbalance.
