Pros
- Smart co-workers who were generally nice on a personal level - Nice office in LA with a cool showroom - Good health insurance for CA
Cons
- Terrible pay and zero career advancement opportunity. Bait and switch with certain benefits - Team is all across the world so you have to get used to insane meeting times leading to zero work-life balance - They have extremely limited and incomplete data because their analytics budget is so low - The way the analytics org operates is needlessly complicated, and co-workers are very aloof in terms of sharing info. If you ask common-sense questions, they look at you like you're an idiot. Then they get pissed you didn't ask enough questions. - Terrible tech, decades old database software. They use Power BI for everything, which SUCKS. BTW your entire job will be creating Power BI dashboards. - Their former and current CEOs have very weird, megalomaniacal personalities - There's a combative relationship between facilities/IT helpdesk and corporate. Anything you need to install or set up, you'll get a ton of pushback. I saw colleagues berate facilities and facilities would snark back. Extremely unprofessional system.
