Pros
Flexibility and looks good on a resume, you get experience with big retail stores. You only work a maximum of 3 days a week.
Cons
Supervisors are very inexperienced in merchandising. All they care about is whether you placed an order. Putting product on the shelf is not their concern, they tell you how much you have to stock even if product is not there. Always evaluating you on whether you placed an order. I have been merchandising for many years, but I left this company after 6 months. High turnover with all merchandisers in the country have only been there for 1 year.
