It was a very intense, exciting environment packed with hard work, but also an incredible amount of fun. Great, collaborative people to be around, and opportunities to move around in areas of the toy brands to gain additional experience. They also fostered continued education and paid for courses. The pay was competitive as well as annual bonuses and shares in the company.
