- Fast growing company. - Clean and cozy office - A vast variety of projects - Individual approach - Competitive salary Overall, a very nice company that kept me in Kiev and prevented me from wasting my time somewhere in Asia working as an English tutor. Depending on your skills, background and preference you will get the most appropriate project available. Most of the issues are addressed swiftly by the management and solutions provided are great for both sides. The company offers a few different career paths that you can take (be it inside your own project or inside SupportYourApp as well). And most of the time the diligence and commitment that you put in do not go unnoticed.
Cons
24/7 schedule includes night shifts and (rarely) it might be less than 8-hour gaps between shifts. Nevertheless, it is a subjective point and a lot of employees here enjoy (or at least don't mind) working 24/7. Also, the amount of free pizza has taken a toll on my weight. :(
