Pros
I have been employed as a remote worker form a different country and my experience as amazing! Everyone in the team is so great and welcoming, even though I am not in the office with them. This was my first job so I have learnt and develop in so many ways.
Cons
Night shifts are not paid, worked for the New Years eve which sucked but all was fine as night shifts are something you are introduced to at the beginning and familiar with before taking the job. So note that people who are complaining about the night shifts or how it was not paid extra, they were aware of their compensation and the fact they will be doing some nightshifts even before they accepted the job.
