SUP is truly amazing in how they treat their employees and how much effort they put into them being satisfied. This company is increasing the standards of work conditions because they truly have excellent benefits, schedule, and supervisors. They also work a lot on training and evaluating their employees, which is extremely useful. Constructive feedback every month and encouraging employees with different pieces of advice and availability and willingness of the supervisors to assist is truly increasing productivity.
Cons
The pay date could be different or earlier every month, but on the bright side, there is always enough time to check the compensation report.
