All comes to people, they are awesome, you can always find a good company. My Delivery Manager is a really nice guy, responds fast, can get into your shoes, deliver even bad news smoothly. Teammates support you as well. Option to work remotely. Smooth onboarding.
Cons
“Flexible schedule” can be only in your imagination, cannot tell for every project, but my project really lacks people and you are forced to work night shifts even if you have chosen the other time frame or even preferred to have a day off, currently working 11 days in a row, and it is really frustrating. Work life balance? Forget about it! Compensation for all of the responsibilities on my behalf is tiny( please do not tell me that I agreed on that by signing the offer, I didn’t know that I cover every possible aspect of clients request from handling the docs and personal data to handling feedback and working with the community) Not much vacation days, and even if you want to go on a normal vacation, be kind and wait for a year to accumulate days for that vacation You have caught a disease? spend half of your salary on drugs and recovery
