      Management is quite caring and effective. Employees are genuine and many enjoy what they do. Overall quite good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Male-dominated senior management, though perhaps typical of agriculture industry. Conservative culture, quite formal at times. Company undergoing a lot of change.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
