      Company stalled: Slow moving, no leadership, bloated structure, no innovation.

      Pros

      Good benefits, highly profitable business (easier decision-making), overall easy-going ways-of-working.

      Cons

      Leadership completely lost - there is no clear vision of where the company is going, fat-cat structure in senior leadership with too many almost-retired cruisers, latelly terrible climate in office due to restructuring. High level of outsourcing done wrong.

      Leading company in its segment, good salary and benefits

      Cons

      Structure is very big and communication does not flow (Silo). Very complex structure and organization not allowing standardization of processes, commercial conditions, etc. Outdated ERP system, bringing lots of manual work. Lack of clear goal.
