      Good pay and benefits Most of people are kind and respect different opntions Cultural diversity atmosfere Career opportunities is real and well managed by senior leaders Huge opportunity to work abroad and have international experience They value people

      Difficulty to get human resources Work load is quite high Not constant working environment, changes are frequent Organizational structure is quite big and has too many levels and it is complex as well

      - Good pay and benefits - International career exposure - Low pressure environment - Flexible work arrangements - Don't quibble over minor numbers for cost savings

      - People are always busy / travelling; it is hard to build a strong rapport - It seems the company does not have an established direction it is always changing - Hierarchy is a mess / complicated - Too much tools to use and sometimes they are not used as needed - People dont work aligned, differents efforts globally at the same topic - Especially at the seed business the industrial environment is low-technology
