Management Lacks Empathy - Anonymous employee Syngenta Employee Review

Driven by bottom line dollars, not in it for the long game. Work life home life balance is way out of line and are replacing permanent employees with contractors sending the message you are easily replaced and anyone can come in to do your job. Management oversight is poor with managers having free rein to cause issues to employees, lie and not be touched. Culture and values are shared but not practiced, great on paper but not in practice.
