      Technology ( Completely on Cloud).Flexible office timings. Annual increments.

      Cons

      After the arrival of new CIO . Things have changed for Pune centre, All the decision making decisions and hiring are happening either in US or UK. All the good talent are leaving or has already left syngenta. Too much confusion. No initiatives here from India.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
