      Pros

      Laid back culture, not very ambitious in goals or target setting. Have excuses about weather, government regulations etc. to justify shortfalls in goals.

      Cons

      Resistance in trying new ways of doing things. No strategic focus and very non-employee focused. Management focused primarily on cost and not on growth.

      Nice people, management is not restrictive, labs are well-supplied, good attitude

      Cons

      It may be difficult to work with people who speak a lot of different languages, but English is the default and it's not a problem
