      Supportive parent company, good business overall with growth through economic downturns. I saw lots of people move up the ranks fairly quickly; if you're talented and driven you will get out what you put in.

      Store culture varies widely from location to location, and operations can range from efficient to time-wasting.

      Pros

      nice break room, lovely employees and supervisors so far!

      Cons

      barely any hours for anyone, corporate is shady. lied about hiring (they put out a hiring table with business cards even though our store was NOT hiring and our employees were barely getting any work) and they are anti-union
