Working at TJ Maxx - Sales Associate TJ Maxx Employee Review

I was constantly made to close while there were some people that never had a closing shift. During the interview I was told that I had to have an availability that allowed them to schedule me to close. There was no room for growth. I was doing the work of someone who was in a higher position then me but was never given the actual title or pay raise. I just constantly felt I was taken advantage of.
