Extreme favoritism, promote employees that have no idea what they're doing to the point where regular associates have to fix mistakes made by the coordinator on a DAILY BASIS, they awarded "employee of the quarter" to someone who was known amongst other employees and coordinators to never come to a register when called unless management call them. They also make you harass customers to sign up for their credit card and threaten you if you dont.
