Pros
The praise for hard work, always had some sort of hours a week although it may be only like 4 or 5 but they give you something, and the employees because we're all the same age group wise. Can wear whatever you want. Orders food every once in a while.
Cons
A lot of work for little money, no overnight differencial, have to work there for years and years to get moved up or have pervious experience somewhere else to climb up. Little understanding if something personal comes up, and you can't even be a minute late or it counts for the 6 tardies you are allowed to have within a year, that (at least in my store) does not restart. Retail in general is a lot of work with cleaning and having to fix things, so can't really blame the store, but extra hands are needed to help recovering the store again.
