Leadership tanked everyone's performance ratings in the last cycle to save money and reduce headcount without paying severance. There is no training or support for new leaders, who bear the brunt of pressure implementing new strategies and trying to protect staff from burnout. The company's insistence on full return to office is another tactic to force people out.
