Pros

Great brands. Most wonderful people I have ever worked with. Tremendous focus on giving back & creating a sustainably sourced business environment.

Cons

Leadership is more focused on managing bottom line costs vs. driving topline growth through innovation. These costs containments includes but not limited to: reducing head count, reducing higher paid tenured employees, lowering benefits, 1% annual raises, 30% reduction in bonus program. Reductions have become so dramatic that there is not enough people to deliver on the expectations. Additionally, there is no longer enough tenured employees that balance out new talent which creates an environment of churn & in-efficiency. Despite claims to be a great place to work...there is ZERO work life balance with work hours flexing between 50-60 hours every week.

Pros

It is a large company with a record of 3 years without a recordable injury. Occasionally feeds the employees

Cons

The biggest issue with this plant and it invades every aspect of the company is a complete lack of ability to properly communicate information. The applies internal to departments, across departments and up and down. They have the technology to do it, just not the organization. Company could probably use much more Engineering organization.
