      Pros

      Financial facilities like Medical and allowances are extremely good. Lot of lavish parties and celebrations. Fruits in the morning for free.

      Cons

      Pathetic policies, un-supportive management, Boss and employee culture is same as British era, lot of importance given to IIM and top grads who have done MBA and experience gets neglected in all initiatives. There is no growth for those who have been hired from other IT companies, some factory workers are sitting on top management positions.very very stressful and traumatic environment.

      Pros

      It is a large company with a record of 3 years without a recordable injury. Occasionally feeds the employees

      The biggest issue with this plant and it invades every aspect of the company is a complete lack of ability to properly communicate information. The applies internal to departments, across departments and up and down. They have the technology to do it, just not the organization. Company could probably use much more Engineering organization.
