- Poor leadership and management - Low transparency and incompetent feedback given to employees - very negative and unconstructive - Outsourced HR and IT - Highly bureaucratic and inflexible. Internal moves and promotions difficult - Don't feel like management care about any of their employees on a personal level despite the business' vision to "improve the quality of people’s lives". - A lot of talk with no substance. It is a large company with a record of 3 years without a recordable injury. Occasionally feeds the employees

Cons

The biggest issue with this plant and it invades every aspect of the company is a complete lack of ability to properly communicate information. The applies internal to departments, across departments and up and down. They have the technology to do it, just not the organization. Company could probably use much more Engineering organization.
