Pros

Environment is very open and good tools for home office or work from any sites. Very large number of products allow very good future sales plan as always some items are good on market and very large different technologies (from food to HPC) Due to the size of the company there is always open position to be filled.

Cons

Company policy is to pay on 80% of the market salary and that is a big issue, very good trainee program allows a strong resource pipeline to offset high turnover and don’t dot retention effort Career path must request political effort, you must be well viewed by most of the higher level, and decision is in consensus for promotion purpose.

Pros

Great people, strong brands, and a lot of ownership. I’ve had opportunities to manage large spend portfolios, lead cross-functional projects, and work with teams across Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and R&D. The company invests in development and provides exposure to senior leadership that can help accelerate your career.

Cons

Performance and rewards don’t always feel aligned. High performers can sometimes feel underappreciated, and career advancement can be slower than expected due to organizational complexity and internal politics. Decision-making can also take longer than it should because of the number of stakeholders involved.
