      Pros

      - A great mission, vision and focus on defending the user - Open communication and transparency, easy to talk to senior management - Serious commitment to open source - Strong engineering culture, 50% of the company are engineers - Incredible food and benefits

      Cons

      - Some people are overworked and spread thin due to the growth - Not the best location for HQ, mid market is a rough part of SF - The company is very SF based, so remote work can be difficult at times - The transition from a startup to a larger company has been challenging

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      Cons

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
