      Pros

      Great company, it is always great to work for a place that plays such a big part in our society. Employee perks are outstanding. The people around me are some of the best in their industry. This is the place for professionals who like challenges and are ready to help this company reach its never ending potential. I am proud to say that i work for a company that has a lot to prove to the public and to know that I play a role in that growth makes me really proud of what i do.

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
