      Pros

      Awesome benefits - including outstanding catering and lots of social activities. Great 'one team' culture. Lots of opportunities to learn, grow and move around the company. This is place that makes you feel and live passionately - I love working here!

      Cons

      The HQ is pretty big now so can feel a bit like a University campus. There is a lack of process for certain goals - which can be frustrating when trying to achieve things on a tight time scale!

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
