Pros
Probably the most rewarding, well-balanced job in my career. I had great opportunities and loved the people I worked with. My WLB was fantastic and the pay was great, not to mention all the amazing benefits Twitter had (wellness stipends, office stipends, learning stipends, etc).
Cons
Unfortunately, Elon Musk bought the company and eliminated most of the amazing people that I loved working with, and will likely do away with the culture and amazing benefits because he doesn't understand how businesses work, and that buying a company for $44Bn with dismal cash flow was a dumb idea.
